Q. Do you ship to all major convention centers in the United States and Canada?

A. Yes. In addition, we ship to hotels and other facilities in smaller cities.

Q. What methods of shipping do you provide?

A. We provide van line and air freight transportation. We are also an agent for CRST Specialized Transportation, which is dedicated to exhibits, high tech machinery and valuable equipment.

Q. Do you ship advance to warehouse or direct to show site?

A. We ship your display material to either, depending upon your shipment’s circumstances.

Q. How do I set up a shipment?

A. Simply call us at 800-808-1122 or email us at quote@exhibitexpressinc.com and someone will contact you shortly.

Q. Do you supply written confirmation of orders?

A. Yes. We will email a confirmation/shipment schedule for your records. In addition, we will mail you pre-printed shipping labels for both to and from show.

Q. Do you supply written confirmation of delivery?

A. Yes. Upon delivery, we will email you the P.O.D. (Proof of Delivery).

Q. Do your drivers present weight tickets for drayage contractor at show?

A. Yes. As part of our driver’s standard operating procedure, weight tickets are always provided to the drayage company at time of delivery. Weight tickets are available only on truck load and LTL freight only. Please ask us when booking your next shipment.

Q. When the show closes, what is expected of me or my representative at the show?

A. You will be expected to complete the Bill of Lading listing EXHIBIT EXPRESS, INC. as your carrier. If your shipment will split – pieces going to different destinations – please provide a Bill of Lading for each destination and label pieces accordingly. Once you have turned in your Bill of Lading to the drayage company, please notify us via email, telephone or text.

Q. What can I expect of the driver at show move-out? What is the driver’s standard procedure?

A. Once we receive notification that your Bill of Lading has been turned in, our driver will check in with drayage to confirm.

Q. Do you handle shipments with different destination out of show?

A. Yes. In addition, we ship to hotels and other facilities in smaller cities.

Q. Can I reach your company 24 hours a day?

A. Yes please! In fact, we encourage you to contact us at any time regarding your shipment in transit. You will be connected directly to one of our operations managers, whom all work closely together for each move, thus are familiar with all shipments.

Q. Do you provide lift gate for facilities without a dock?

A. For facilities without a dock, we can arrange for trucks with a lift gate.
These arrangements must be specified/ordered at time of booking, as an added service.

Q. Do you provide packing/crating services?

A. We can arrange for crating special machines on site. These arrangements must be specified/ordered at time of booking, as an added service.

Q. If our technician must be on site, can pick-ups/deliveries be arranged according to the schedule of the technician?

A. We move many sensitive equipment and traveling museum exhibits that are required to be prepared by your technicians. We arrange pick-up and delivery times according to the technicians time sensitive schedules.
